Bayuh Sabbha’s house menu boasts a wonderful array of international dishes. Many Western meals are available, and local dishes is a chef specialty, but we recommend you also try some of the local Balinese dishes for a unique cultural experience! Dinner parties and small functions can be catered within the villa for up to 12 guests. Kitchen is not a commercial kitchen so family style eating is form, with dishes shared as you would at home. Feel free to discuss your requirements with the chef or villa manager. To allow for the best ingredients to be sourced do give the chef time to shop and prepare meals, generally one day’s notice is recommended.
Food and beverage charges
Food and beverage items are charged at cost price plus 20% handling fee which is subject to service charge and government tax. Guests will be requested to provide grocery money in advance and the staff will do the shopping for you and keep the receipts for your reference.
Special requests and dietary requirements
Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or any special dietary requirement, do please let the chef know.
Large groups and event catering
If you plan to host a large function at the villa please bring it to the attention of the reservations staff at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for larger gatherings.
